Damien was known for saying that he 'didn't have time for cancer', he was never afraid of trying new things or venturing into new adventuresand he was always up for a challenge. His work ethic and dedication to his businesses was unrivalled and in the past twelve months, when most of us have stayed in and binged watched Netflix, Damien was busy writing The Noodle Cookbook!
Before 2020 came to a close, we at Mr Lee’s had to address a surplus of stock which wasdedicated to the travel sectoras the coronavirus pandemic had forced airlines to put a halt to their activity. All this got us thinking about the amount of food that goes to waste every year around the world. Paying more attention to our food consumption habits is extremely important and that’s why we at Mr Lee’s would like to offer some practical tips which can help us all change our habits around food.

In the weeks since our founder Damien very sadly passed away, we have been overwhelmed with the outpouring of love, support and tributes to Damien and stories of inspiration that have come from all corners.
